Who can I contact if I have a question?
For any questions regarding your order, please reach out to our customer service team by emailing info@imlnd.com with your order number in the subject line. For general questions, comments or concerns, you can get in touch with us by filling out the contact form on our website here and a team member will reach out to you.
Can I get restock alerts?
We currently do not offer automated restock alerts. We suggest subscribing to our newsletters to stay up to date on new products and potential restocks.
Can I buy imlnd in stores?
IMLND is only available to purchase on our website.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and take 4-7 business days once with the carrier. Our goal is always to get your product(s) out as quickly as possible; however, in times of increased volumes, delays may be possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver our products worldwide. Be sure to check the Shipping page for shipping information specific to your location.
Will I be charged any customs or import fees?
You may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery depending where you are located.
What is your return policy? 
You are eligible to return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your order. All sales items are non-refundable only eligible for exchange to a different size or a store voucher for the value of your item.  To return your order, your item(s) must be unused and unworn with the original tags still attached. You should expect to receive your refund within 5 working days to the original payment method.  
How do I make a return?

Can I exchange items in my order?
All our customers are eligible for exchange to a different size or a store voucher for the value of your item.
Can I track my order?
You will be able to track your order through the tracking link in the confirmation email received after your order has been processed. Please note, tracking can take about 24-48 hours to update after dispatch.
What do I do if I received an incorrect or damaged item?
We are very sorry the standards we strive for were not met and you received a damaged item. Please email our customer service team at info@imlnd.com Be sure to include images of the faulty item in your email.
Can I adjust my order after placing it?
You can adjust your order within 24 hours after placing your order. Please email our customer service team at info@imlnd.com, please include your order number in the email and the changes required.
What are your payment options?
We currently accept payments from PayPal, Visa, Visa Debit, Master Card, American Express, Diners Card, and Gift cards.
My order says delivered but I haven’t received it?
Please ensure that you have provided the correct shipping address. Please ensure that your order isn’t received by someone else or your neighbors did not collect it on your behalf. If you still haven’t been able to locate your package, please email info@imlnd.com and file a missing/stolen package report with your shipping carrier. Please note that we are not liable for missing or stolen packages after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. However, we will do our best to either find your order or provide a replacement.
